What to Expect

Toddlers aren't giving you a hard time — they're having a hard time. This session translates toddler behavior into plain language: what meltdowns mean, why sleep falls apart, and how your calm nervous system becomes theirs.

Babies in arms are welcome, fidgeting is expected, and every technique is demonstrated live so you can feel how it works before you try it at 2 a.m.

What's Included

  • — 30-minute workshop, Wednesdays, babies welcome
  • — Tantrum response framework: connect, then redirect
  • — Nap and bedtime rhythm planner for ages 1–4
  • — Gentle-boundary phrasebook for daily flashpoints
  • — Small group: maximum 8 parents

What Changes Afterwards

  • — Meltdowns shorten because you know what to do first
  • — Bedtimes settle with a rhythm your toddler can predict
  • — Boundaries hold without shouting — or guilt afterwards
"Our daughter still has big feelings, but now so do I — just calmer ones. Bedtime takes twenty minutes instead of two hours."
— Elena R., mother of a 3-year-old

Good to Know

Can I bring my toddler?

Yes — babies and toddlers are welcome. There is a play corner with cushions, and nobody minds noise here.

We are sleep-deprived. Will this help?

The rhythm planner covers naps, bedtimes and night wakings for ages 1–4, with adjustments for working parents and shift schedules.

What if my child is almost 5?

The main Parenting Workshop picks up where this leaves off — many families attend both as their child grows.
