Child Stress Management
Big feelings need small, practical tools. In one focused hour, children learn coping skills they can actually use — at school, at bedtime, and everywhere in between.
Duration: 1 hr
Price: $80 per child
What to Expect
This gentle one-to-one-style group session helps children name what worry feels like and practice what to do about it. Through breathing games, grounding exercises, and simple storytelling, kids discover that stress is something they can notice — and steer.
Groups are kept to six children so everyone is heard. Parents receive a short debrief afterwards with two or three techniques to reinforce at home.
What's Included
- — 60-minute small-group session (max 6 children)
- — Breathing, grounding and muscle-relaxation games
- — Personal calm-down plan each child takes home

Why It Works
- — Turns abstract anxiety into concrete, practicable steps
- — Builds confidence ahead of tests, performances and transitions
- — Gives parents a shared calm-down language to use at home
"My son uses his breathing plan before every spelling test. His teacher asked what changed."
Good to Know
What ages is this for?
Best suited to ages 6–12. Sessions are grouped by age so activities always feel right, never babyish or too grown-up.
Do parents stay in the room?
Parents settle in our waiting lounge with tea, then join for the final ten minutes and the home-technique debrief.
Is this therapy?
No — this is a wellness skills session, not clinical therapy. If your child needs deeper support, we will gladly point you toward licensed specialists.
