Refund Policy

Cancel up to 24 hours ahead

Life with kids is unpredictable. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a free move to another date — no questions asked.

Late cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are charged at half price, since your mats were already reserved and the group kept small for you.

If we cancel

If Pebblebrook Parent Coaching cancels a session for any reason, you receive a full refund within five business days, or a priority place on the next date — whichever you prefer.

How to request

Reply to your booking confirmation or write to hello@pebblebrookcoaching.com with your name and session date.
